It's not a silly question as there are many who will play pro for a few games, find that it's not pick up and play, come on here to announce why they don't like the game and then opt to buy fifa.

The last FIFA i bought was FIFA2001 and it was garbage. Im never going to buy their games again. Im glad Pro Evo is there else EA would still make extreme crappy games now they have to make an effort eventhough they are stille crappy but kids buy it anyways.

My nephew turning 13 prefers FIFA eventhough i have tried to tell him PES is the game. Im pretty sure its dued to his friends playing the game.

Defo getting FIFA - both games look really strong this year for different reasons. FIFA on the easier levels is a bit easy and can be style over substance - on the harder levels (Semi-Pro upwards) tactics and practice make a real difference.
Loved the PES 12 demo as well though - gameplay has improved immeasurably over since versions 8-11.
Great to have 2 quality games on the market!!!!
