Am trying to upload latest Von option file from flash drive. When it is plugs into my computer I can add the option file in it's PS3 folder fine. Take it out of laptop and put it in my PS3 and get message "there is no data". Put the stick back in my laptop and the PS3 folder is there but the contents have gone.

Help please

This has been answered before. I had the same problem. re-moved USB flash mem, re-formatted, saved data on it again (in a folder on the flash drive) and then shove it in PS3. Wait a few seconds and away you go...........
