flick up high depends on how high you do the 'up' part

I was just messing around with this earlier, and noticed that how high you push the right stick up is how high the ball goes when you do the flick up. So you pull down, then get the stick to go slightly past it's neutral part on the up, and it flicks it a little. Could be a new way to get past sliding defenders?

Is this a repost? I searched, and found nothing. Just letting you know anyway.

when they slide you've got no time to do it, i just try the R2 jump and hope for the best, and i flick it over the goalie sometimes

My mate uses it alot to get past my defenders, as i slide in he just flicks it over me and it usually works for him, i can hardly ever do it though unless i use it to volley :D

yeah it does work like this, if u slam it down and then hit it back up really quick, it will kick it well over head height.

if u just do it gently, itll kick it a little off the floor, usually good only for half volleys.

i use the move to flick the ball over my dads head when im playing against him... pisses him off :D hard to defend against if timed right.
