There have now been 81 downloads of the Template, however only one released since jMz's? Something is amiss.

Hi Spiers, you'll need photoshop to open the template. When you've done that move the positions and numbers etc around. Once you've got you're formation sorted save it as a jpeg and upload it to somewhere like www.imageshack.us. Copy the link it gives you and paste it in a thread here.
