Been playing the demo on professional and I have found this to happen 7 times out of 10.
Any time playing a lofted through ball anywhere above the 18 I find that when its perfectly weighted and on target to my striker and the animation chips in of him slightly looking back at the ball and preparing to gently collect the ball it hits his hand(this is while he is running)and either the ball fiddles out of bounds or far out of his reach allowing the keeper or defender to recover. It happens far to often.
