You can do pass backs from free kicks but i don't know how. Most people don't know about it but it looks useful. Any help?

no worries now iv figured it out!
simply use the manual pass button and aim backwards. pretty obvious now but still useful, especially against human opposition

Press L1&R1 in same time and than hold L1 and press X.After that
player will pass the ball and than just press the cube button&shot.
That's all.
