Freekick King!!!!!

i scored two free kicks in one match last night, GET PRACTISING!
only joking, i just find them easy, ever since ISSES 2! i scored one and its like i made a breakthrough, and they just started flying in from everywhere!!!

cos i'm always man utd i always use giggs and although he IS pretty good at free kicks theirs not as much curl or accuracy as beckham.

Henry (for France, not ARSEnal) but i never use the same free kick taker all the time, i use who evers style and power etc is suited to the position!

yes right and left on the d-pad to curl!

obviously the stats and power of the taker come into account too! and curling with the outside of the foot is less effective! (e.g holding right with a right footed player)

ive scored a load of free kicks since getting pes3, with a lot of different players

rivaldo, pires, shevchenko (he always gets so much spin on the ball) mihajlovic (hit the bar from 38m, twas a bullet too)

even lee chun soo when i first started my master league

I scored a hat-trick wiv Becks against Ajax. I find the best way to score free-kicks wiv rivaldo, van der meyde etc. from around 24-25m is by holding R1, a little bit past the middle on the power bar, and by pressing down and the direction you want to curl. It must work bcoz I've scored nearly 30 free-kicks.

try it out - i've saved a reply of a free-kick wiv d'alessandro - from 30m out, friedel no chance as it went in bottom corner. My free-kicks a powerful while being deceptive.

Totally Agree mate!! once you know how its much easier to score! like i've said before, on PES1, 2 and 3, after 2 or 3 weeks people just stop fouling me. with technique F i hold R1 down and the direction of curl and power just over centre from anything between 24 and 32 yards

Has this technique worked well 4 any1. I haven't put my freekick on yet, but I can see wot I can do depending on how much time I have. Keep practising, thats the best way to be goodat scoring amazing freekicks. I did, and my bruv is scared everytime he gives away a freekick near the box!

i voted zidane, but when i can i try to take free kicks with my own created player.

im not an unrealistically good free kick taker, but i like using the F technique (the one where the standing foot 'flicks' through after kicking)

you can score some netbusters with this style!

On the subject of freekicks

Does anyone know how to score a freekick along the ground?

ie. when you get a freekick that is really close and there is a close wall I'm trying to kick the ball so it goes under the wall when they jump!

A bit like what Alan Thompson done against Liverpool in europe last season!

Anyone one know what to press?
