Freezing problem in PC version

When starting a match, the game freezes after a few seconds of playing. The screen jams and the sounds keep repeating the last second before the crash. The problem exists only in real matches, not in training and challenges.

Does anyone have similiar problems or a solution?

Have you installed the patch? And what are your specs?

Yes, I've installed the patch.

Specs are:

Intel 845GRG
Pentium 4 2400/533
512 mb 266 mhz ddr
ATI Radeon 9800 pro (I've tried Catalyst 3.7 and 3.9)
Sound Blaster Live! Player 1024
Windows XP Pro

I've also tried all the solutions to some other problems like the refresh rate and v-sync but those don't help.

Weird, it works when there are no spectators in match.

Glad it works, I have no clue why its working without commetary. But Im pretty sure the problem isnt your PC.

I get the same kind of problem once in a while. The commentary stutters and the game stops.

For some reason, it recovers when I open up my task manager.
Ctrl + Alt + delete
