Game Graphic Studio help!?!

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me, I have been trying to insert a face I've created into the game (PC version).
I have edited the face as shown by facemakers and saved it as a bmp file.
I open GGS, find the face file I want to overwrite and put the bmp over it (making sure to "Set Colours Opaque" as instructed), so far so good. Evrything in GGS is showing that the face has inserted okay into the AFS (I have even closed the application and reopened it and the face is still in the same place) but when I open the game and look at the face that I've overwritten it is still showing the default face.

Anyone know what is going on?
Please help.

go into edit mode in-game and change something like head height or width, then ok everything and let it save the option file

Tried it, but still didn't change.
Here's anothing thing that might either explain the problem or make it more weird, decided to try and overwrite Gillardino's face (AC Milan), went to change my created players face and couldn't find it in the game.
Checked on Gillardino's face and his face had changed to the one I had created, but when you look at his face in edit mode it reverts back to original (but when playing a match it is the one I created) I have enclosed screen grabs to try and explain.

gilardino face looks like you overworte the early bin.(facewXXX.bin) not wxxx.bin (substitute x's for bin number)
As you should know there are 2 bins with the faces in for some faces as some haive facial hair (early bins)

to get facewxxx.bin or wxxx.bin load the neitchV2 afl.

And the other face does it change from the default to the edited one when you go into edit player>appearance??

In future overwrite the later bins(wXXX.bin)

Hi, thanks for your help,

I am using neitchV3 afl it came with GGS version 6.1.1.
To answer your question, the player who I want to have my edited face doesn't change at all from default. He always remains as having Gillardino's face whether in edit mode or playing the game. When I try and insert my edited face onto Rothen's face (I have deleted/overwritten him with the Championship option file) all I get is Rothen's face on ANY player, not just the ones I've created/edited.
This is getting more and more confusing.
I have inserted faces before, but I can't understand why it's not working now.

A bit of success but still need help

Hi I've managed to get my created face at least now to show both in the game and in edit mode, found another face in the AFS.

Not only is face w145.bin located at 1711.bin but also at file 2098.bin.
But unfortunately I now get the following

Thanks for everyones help, I think I might have solved the problem, it was down to the bin file which I had used, I think, when I use any other bin file apart from w145 (Rothen) his face is fine and there's no problems, took me opening the file in oedit to find out what was wrong.
