God damn it, I've applied the Wolf EPLC&CL patch to update my teams and get the newer players (which means i get Jon Stead for Blackburn), am fairly competent in doing so, and when everything is installed OK, I run the game with such excitement to see the teams playing in their proper kits only to have to play at double the F'ing speed! It's like playing football on Speed!
So, I thought to myself, I must've installed it badly, or the doubl speed cheat is on. Nope, no double speed cheat option found on any of the menus (yes, I did check on the in-game menu). So, I re-installed the game. Applied the updated v1.03 patch, then added the Wolf EPL&CL patch and no difference whatsoever. The Blackburn team are still running around like a bunch of pilled-up trance clubbers.
So, I installed the WENDETTA patch (Which is pretty good by the way - shame about the Italian language in it) Did eveything above in every combination possible and still the game plays at double speed and there's no option ANYWHERE to stop it.
Please help me!! I really want to play the best game ever created (except for MAFIA - only with a Logitech MOMO force, ha ha anyone who doesn't have one!) at a normal speed without having to have the reflexes of a cat.
