In pro evolution 2007 the saved profile and settings used to load automatically on bootup but it seems on pro evo 2008 you have to load it manual everytime i start the game ANNOYING
If there is a way to get it to load automatically like the old pes let me know

quite a few people have this problem but know one seems to know why this is i muself have the same problem been trying to work it out but with no luck.
Try deleting the option files from previous versions of PES. Then save your game and see if it loads then. IIRc PES save files are almost all identical to previous ones and the game can get confused on loading.
