Getting free kicks over the wall

Chuck Morris

Most of you probably know how to take and score free kicks but for those who don't here's a little guide for you.

I was in the training mode last night practising free kicks from just outside the box, beckham type range and i found a way of getting it over the wall almost every time.
If you are taking a free kick from the left with a right footed player aim for the players left leg who is 3rd in the wall with left & up or left & down curl with about half or just under half power on the power bar.
If you are taking one from the right with a left footed player use the same method but aim for the players right leg who is 2nd in the wall with right & up or right & down curl.

I was quite successful in getting it over the wall almost every time using this technique and scored a few good free kicks aswell.

I used this technique in a Master League game on Extreme with the default team and scored a great goal with Miranda, it was on the right hand side though. I aimed for the guys left leg who was 4th in the wall and it flew staright in the top bin, lovely bit of right hand curl on it aswell.

Try it out and tell me what you think.

I read your tip yesterday and this morning I was able to make the greatest freekick ever... Nice to see the ball fly over the wall and into the corner! THANKS :)
