Goalkeeper and ref sucks!

What the heck with the goalkeeper?! They're so damn slow, even when I press triangle, they're only take baby steps forward instead of rushing out! Not to mention how very very very bad they're anticipating the short cross. On some occasions I even find them standing still and just watch some cross in front of goal fall to the opponent player even though it's clearly very easy for them to catch it!
What's with the ref?! The opponent is clearly crash my player when he's trying to past the opponent. My player knock the ball past him and the opponent just bump my player from the front very hard, and it's not even a foul?!

Ahh how I disappointed with these, especially the goalie who can't rush out like in the old series...
For the first time of my football gaming life, I thought consider moving to fifa might a good idea...

Press R1 and Triangle to make the keepers run out faster. It does tell you this...

I find it very strange that most of the people on this forum don't seem to bother with the Training mode, it is there for a reason.

Thanks. It's not in the manual nor command list.

But I'm still disappointed with keeper disability to anticipate short cross:no:

GK will best if catch long shoot. But in penalty area....um......pain in the @$$

taking control of GK to prevent constant chip goals

If you press lb and right stick you can take full control of your goalkeeper ideal when he moves of his line to be chipped.

this works offline but does it work online ? havnt tried it yet.
but after letting about 10 chipped goals in last night in 5 games its becoming tedious.
hope this works online
