GTA San Andreas Online (MTA)

Anyone got this? I used to have it but it was boring just being able to race.

In the GTA Vice City thingy you could run around and kill other players, anyone know if there's a mod like that released for SA? Or if something like it will be released?

I tried Google but I could only find the Racing mod.
