Could i ask if the moving hair will still be in pes3 ihaven't heard much about it?

well is it in we7 -if so how much does the hair actually move e.g beckhams new hair

It is in WE7. It moves if you have the camera close enough when the player turns. It's not that noticable really.
You can see it clearly in edit mode when you turn the head of the player (watch out for the eyes constantly looking at you!)

The hair has to be quite long to move visibly. Beckham's double pony thing is too short to see it happen. And his new hair isn't in the game!

Yes, it's flinging everywhere as he runs. Nice touch.

It moves a bit but it's not that noticable, even on the closest camera view, unless you concentrate on it.
It probably works better on longer hair types.
