Why can i only sub 3 times in a game??? i'm playing with my friends and why only 3 subs accept??

I remember in WE10 i had unlimited subs what gives on this one??

change the amount of subs you can make per game before you start the game in the options

where you select game lenght, injurys on / off etc etc
