Help!! playing import games?

I want to play winning eleven 9 when the game releases but i got the european version of ps2 so what can i do to make my ps2 play both the ntsc and pal games???

It only works on older PS2's, you have to open up the drive, get a small screwdriver and remove 2 pins so the front comes off (it was over 2 years ago so I can remember what) then put the front of the drive back on, basically every time you want to play WE you have to insert the swap magic disk, slide the card underneath so it opens the dvd tray, put in the import game, slide it again to lock it shut, then press the x button, always works on my previous WE7i and WE8 games, just takes a few attempts when you first start, after that its easy.

it says that i have to remove/unscrew the tiny screw on the back of the tray but i don't think my ps2 has got the tiny screw..... help me please!!

open the tray, turn it off, flip it upside down and there is a screw at the front of the tray, its tiny, hence the tiny screwdriver.

i'm sure and i have checked that there are no tiny screws (circle) onthe back of the disk tray but can i still open the front tray???

i think its just one screw, right underneath the front, it was a small black screw from what I remember

thanks for you help!! i think i will get pro evolution 5 in october instead of winning eleven 9 cuz this is too confusing for me and it costs money...
