Any good cheap players in Master league online? I signed McDonald Mariga for under 1 and a half million i think and hes been brilliant for me, strong and creative in CMF. Also signed a young full back Montenglo or something from Milan for one and a half million again and hes very solid, hard to get around and clears lots of corners, scores a few too.

Anybody got any other cheap gems?

Most of my team is made up of players who cost 1-2 mill. I've spent a few hours looking for suitable players who would fit into my playstyle. They need to have decent ball handling aswell as passing skills, and of course they need to be strong in their position.

Tuni - left footed SB. He is decent overall with some good skill to aid the offensive play and still able to defend. cost about 1.2 mill.

Shirokov - He is a natural DMF, but I'm using this guy as a CB. He's got strength and pace and is good in the air, while still have his other stats in the high 60s or 70s. Cost also about 1.2 mill.

Onzargo - Also natural DMF, used as RB got some solid defensive skills and can also help in offense. Cost 1.3 mill.

Elineka - CB. Good amount of 70-80 stats. a good allround defender. cost 1.2 mill.

All of these has a 5 in form atleast aswell, and a decent height for a defender.

Pesfan has a great thread for this. There deserves to be one here as well. The best value players are ones who are rated better in positions other than their assigned ones.

Must-buy defenders when you're starting out:

Patazhentar (sp?) - rated 52 as a DMF but 62 as CB, 7 form rating, around 5-600k

Simao - 59 DMF, 2 cards, 69 as CB, under 1m

Cornostara - 59 DMF, 69 CB, under 1m

Others:

Gera - 71 AMF, 74 SS, 75 WF/SMF, feint cards, 1.5m ish

Ormacim - 60 AMF but some really high important stats, only 600k

Iaquinta - pricey, near 3m, but shoots up from SS to CF and is great.

Classics are Gattuso, Hulk, Cahill, but these are less bargainous now everyone has bought them.

Aboutraika - CF, as AMF is brilliant
Lyng - Used as SMF is 69 overall but cheaper than his stats

Personally I also like Geraerts as RB, and I'm finding Lodeiro a great LMF.

Check out Ghioane (very versatile) as well.

Not really hidden, but Wilson Palacios overall 78 is a bargain DMF, has all the right stats for winning ball back and passing it on. I have a £70 million squad and I will not be replacing him. Defo recommend! Unsung hero of my squad!
