my name is t23d im from caracas,venezuela been playing pes5 for 3 months now.
found this website by "accident", turns out to be the site i visit the most now. by far one of the best websites there is, very complete, and awesome forums.
it all started when me and my bud all of a sudden wanted to get a soccer game, and the first we thought of was fifa06. going thru the blackmarket (piracy in caracas is very popular, unfortunately), my bud recommended me a game called "pro evo soccer 5" . i was like "ok.". i didnt really pay attention to it. few spots later we got the fifa game. usually it would cost what about 20$, 30$? yeah, over here we got it for like 2$. anyway. went back to my buds place and tried installing it. it didnt happen, something was wrong with the cd image, apparently. anyways, we went back and got another copy and it still didnt work. so we went back to that place and got PES5. Totally fell in love with it. And recently thanks to your website i got dwevans option file and made the game a 100% better. (thx dwevan). To my delight, the other day i went to my other bud's place to watch the Barca-Madrid game. hes got a gamecube so we tried out Fifa06. Man, does PES5 own Fifa. I mean, its all kinda "robotic", its all slow, and the graphics aint all that great. even for a console. Since that PES5 copy we got could be played without CD, suddenly more guys installed it too. Even a couple got it for Ps2, and one for Xbox. We then started setting up weekly tournaments, championships, 1v1 series, and what not. My series with that buddy of mine with which i bought the game is now 27-14 in favor of him. He's a keyboard whore. sometimes it looks like hes got the game studied. i got 2 controllers, a logitech wingman and a logitech action pad. usually i let my peeps borrow the wingman when we have tourneys. anyways, yall bored of reading this, once again, great website.peace
