Holland & Germany Real Player Faces

Does anybody know what the correct player faces are for Holland and Germany? The default ones are way off the mark due to licensing.

Ive got a few of the obviuos players like Kahn sorted but is it the case that the real faces are a few along from the defaults in the editor like in PES2? Also do the hair styles need changing at all?

Help would be much appreciated.
