I really wish that people would read the IMPORTANT sticky threads before they decide to open a new thread.
Do Not Open Question Threads In The File Downloads Section. Ever.
Post ALL question threads in the General Editing section. Use the Search option to see if a thread about your subject already exists.
You will probably be wanting to check one of the sticky threads in General Editing which shows you how to make an ISO of your original PES4 DVD using DVD Decrypter.
From now on, people opening non-download threads in the downloads section may or may not receive a warning and have their threads deleted. So stop doing it.
