how to change all teams stats revisited

To reduce each teams stats by 5 points starting with austria.
Enter these numbers.

Austria=2000.Now to alter all the teams stats .starting how they appear on screen.ad 1 making the input number 2001.This will reduce belgumes stats.work your way through until you reach
2127.127 being the number of teams in the game.If you want to increase the players stats suplement the first 2 for a 1.

One thing im aware of is that when you reduce the stats of a internatinal team the players who play for club and country will be reduced twice.

people like to make things slower so in stead of eiditng each player, its easyer to code each team. plus there could be other codes to do other things
