how to get goal replays to a video to send it to this site?!

I just wanna know how it works to get my goal replays to this site! I have shooten some magnificient goals on that game (pes4 pc) ! can anybody help me?! I hope in the future there is a PES4 tournament for all guys all over the world ! Its so bad that PES4 is not able to play it online like FIFA does! :-( But the gameplay of PES4 is much better than FIFA is, FIFA is a Kids Football game! and not for real football fans! Its arcade !!! :-/ UND ER SCHIESST DAS TRAUMTOR!!!! GANZ STARK !!!!
