how to get growth players?

who could kindly tell me how the hell to get growth players? after playing pes4 for so long...... i still could not get IbseN or murray, as i heard they are wonderful players from tis forum.....and i need a recommendation of a tall (min 185 cm)striker( other than vaz te) to replace van nistelrooy......... , with a (min 84)speed/accel and a good response(to head the ball ON TIME)........ THANK YOU!!!

i cant help u with the reccomendation but to get growth players you just buy very hong players, under 23 i would say

I think you could use Rachmane Barry or Zola when he is regenerated.
