How to keep my pes points after patching?

Could someone explain how to keep your PES points, or how to hack the data files so that I get 10,000 PES points and can move players around? I saw a post with a file link to some hack .exe , but the link was defunct.
Don't tell me that I should stick with the original option file and rosters - I want to have my cake *AND* eat it! :)

Im not sure you can.... maybe there is a way of hex editing it but then u would have the difficult task of finding out what address affect the pes points.. mate u are askin some very strange questions and are posting duplicate things could u please stop posting duplicates?

there is no way until someone figures out how to manually hack the option files. so for now, each time you replace it...you loose your pes points.
