How to make/insert new fonts for the Menus

Hello…

I have a question that I that many in this forum have, but they don’t bother to ask.
How I can insert new Fonts like this ones that made this guy on this site? (http://www.winningthai.net/showthread.php?t=244)

I tried to insert some with WEPictureDecoder or GGS but didn’t make it. I had some problems like the Fonts didn’t show well (without outline) or it didn’t show at all! :no:

I want to translate the game to my Nature Language and I need to insert some Special Characters. How I can convert Windows Fonts to PES6 Fonts?

Can someone find me a solution or link me to a Tutorial?

Oh, I couldn’t e-mail or PM this guy (bigs15) to ask him how hi did it, because is an Arabic site or something and I can't register.
