How to make my players double-mark a player with the ball??

look guys,i know exactly why i am loosing sometimes.because the comp has an advantage over me.whaen my player is with the ball,the comp can double mark or even triple mark my one player,so there is his guys running after my single player and taking the ball from him,and when he is on the attack,i don;t know how to double mark him,and it's a one on one with my single player which is muh easier for the comp.so how do i double mark???? and anotha thing:how to chip the ball over the comp goalkeeper when one on one

to apply 2 man pressure hold square and to lob the keepr tap l1 when you shoot
