How to unregister player?

In the registering player area, how do you make a player stay clubless, while still existing?

For example: Derlei left Porto, and I want to take him out of Porto. Can I do it without having to send him to PES United or WE United, and without deleting him?

Once you open your option file just go to transfers, find the player you want to remove from the list on the left and click on the arrow pointing to the players on the left side (which is the free agent list)...its really quite simple my friend.

there isn't any other way to do it without this program? I don't have any way to edit other than in-game.
