HUGE cup?

My friend and I are planning to play a huge cup competition, using every team on evo 2009, making a draw, and playing them all against each other.

Does anyone have any bright ideas what would be the best way to do this, without resorting to pen and paper? How many playable teams are there?

The first one can be useful in the choosing of the teams and the second one will help in the administration of the Huge Cup.
