I need help

My defence is very poor. I can score 1-2 goals in game, but I`ll received 3-4 goals.

Please tell what to do.

What formation to use? (4-4-2, 4-5-1, 5-4-1,...)
how to put settings?

All depends on yourself, but seeing as you let in so many goals maybe you should try a 5-man defence and build a defensive team, with a Star-Striker to even things up.

Start with the default versions of those formations and then you can modify them to suit your style.
