I got my packet from Play today, opened it up, and found I had received a peripheral allowing me to watch NTSC DVDs.....whoop de doo. I phoned Play who advised me to send it back, while they would send the correct item. I phoned them to tell them when I had sent it, only to be told it was out of stock and it woulde take up to a month. muchas pissing and moaning later, and I just have to bite the bullet and wait, as I'm "at the back of the cue...orders have been placed this morning for the next delivery" I asked, surely since I ordered last week and they mucked it up, shouldn't I get priority? Their reply:nope, this is treated as a new order. Manual editing for me then.....
