Option file but to no avail.

Can somebody please provide me with a link to a PES 2009 option file(PS3) All i found are discussions on the game but no links to option files. What happened, I heard a couple of months back that option files are illegal(premier league clause) so one has to do your own editing from now on, which I hate. I rather pay for an option file then to do editing.

Please hear my cry and safe me from depression...lol

I have downloaded it, but still waiting for the PES 2009- Platinum version of the game.
