If we8 has to be patched will we have to have a dvd burner?

Most likely. I can't see a CD Rip happening, as there won't be anything that you can remove like say with PES3 DVD, you could remove the other comentary files and just have your patch on CD.

Dunno. Maybe there will be only Japanese menus but commentary in 5 different languages, then it´s not a problem. If not, then I fear we will need a DVD burner, or someone manages it to rip menu music and other sounds out.
