thanks for all your help guys. Im starting to get better and i am able to attack at the opposition alot better now, i just need to work at my defence now because i have a problem with conceding last minute goals.

on 1*, doesnt the defense pretty much stand still and not get the ball unless you run into them or get real close?

Make sure you use subs. I usually sub out 1 of my defenders that is tired in the last 15 minutes. That seems to help. Also switch formations if need be to 4-5-1 or something similar.

That is something i dont really do to often so i bet this is my problem , i never usually sub defenders if ive been attacking most of the match but i will try it and im sure it will help.

I would find it difficult to play with only one striker. Two or three is the way to go :)

Or 4 if you're feeling frisky...... :p

Sorry I meant if he was winning and giving up the late equalizer that he should switch to the 4-5-1 with about 15 minutes to go. I guess that wasn't clear. I usually play 3-5-2 or 4-4-2 but may swith to the 4-5-1 late in the game if I have a lead.

Zyg, if you're playing 4 up front, aren't the dozy twats going offside all the time? I have a nightmare with 2WF's & 1CF. Quite often one of the WF's will be furthest forward, on the touchline, perfect view across the pitch, and still be 5 or 6 yds offside on the replay! (Should be in the 10 things... thread)
