There is no "US version" of WE6:FE.
There is only WE6:I available in the US which is basically the same as PES2.

The usual import sites supply all the different PES/WE games.
They can be found around here somewhere.

WE6:FE is the most patched for game around!
It comes in Jap but there is english patches.
Check the editing section for a list of patches
