In-game Weird Noise

Anyone else notice that weird "power-up" sounding noise that occurs in WE7 and WE7I? It usually happens 2-5 times in the second half, during stopagges in play (before throw ins, goal kicks, free kicks, etc.) and often after substitutions.

At first I thought it indicated a substitution but that is not always the case.

BTW if it is explained in the manual i apologize, I don't have time to pore over every page of a Japanese manual.

What's a tannoy noise? And as far as I can tell it happens irrespective of what pitch I play on. It's not crowd noise anyway, it sounds like an electronic chime or something. It really sounds like its indicating something but I can't figure out what?

it is indicating that a subtisting is being made.
first you hear a blurry noise being which is the name of the player being called out and the the crowd screams

I think you mean Public Address system. Tannoy is the brand name

if u turn up ur sound using ur keyboard, the noise comes on
its just sound lag between game and speakers
