Try looking for a CB called Boss. At 19 his stats are higher then John Terrys. He might not be in your game yet

SMFs: Shimizu and Shaw
CB: Bianchi. (I don't know how old he might be on your ML though.)
CF: Get Del Piero and Bergkamp when they retire. Both pretty nice.

There are loads though. A good way to find them is to goto "new comers" in the 'search group' section. Then seach through the players by 'stars'. Players with a lot of stars are generally quite special.
