indexed png?

i'm trying to import a 64x64 png file using pesfan editor, but its telling me the png files must be indexed. how do i make them indexed?

You need to reduce it to 16 colours, with a program like photoshop

i fixed it in a simpler way

what i did to get them on my OF?

heres how...

get the pic right click > save > save the file under the name given (dont rename it)

when i did that it worked, without photoshop!

Yeah you could probably do that for some images, but for others they would have to many colours to work properly.

They also will be know where near the same quality as if done with proper programs
