***Installing PES4 for PC***

i purchased PES4 for Pc yesterday and i am trying to install it today..but i cant..
here is what i do:

i put the game into the box..
it loads it up and i then click install..
its says do you agree to these terms etc..
then a blue bar pops up in the bottom left-corner where it is installing..
takes about 30mins for it to get near the end..
once it seems the bar is full and finished it seems like it crashes because it stays like this for at least an hour..

any thoughts and advice on how to install.. ???

I get this when trying to install it on a PC with service pack 2.
Installs fine without SP2.

by the way...do you know where i might find this ServicePack2 on my Pc....
????

EDIT: i think its installed...i can get the starting screen up where it says..:

PLAY............SETTINGS...
UNINSTALL....READ ME.....
DIRECTX SETUP....EXIT....

once i click on one of the options above the PES4 taskbar dissappears and then nothing happens...???

at the bottom of the screen i think its called the task bar it has for a symbol for PES4 and next to it it says 'AutoRun' - is it suppossed to say this......??
