Is it possible to combine two option files into one?

I'm playing witht he YNWA patch, but I want to add the championship patch to my game. This means overwriting my YNWA patch option file, and all the work i've done on it too. Is there any way to combine the two option files, or to install the coca-cola championship patch without screweing up my other patch.

Thats not possible, unless you are willing to sacrifice a few teams in the YNWA patch for the Championship teams. Plus, you would have to rearrange the teams and logos (using GGS) yourself.
