.....that there are No Champion’s League or FA Cup in Master League, but it (Champions League) is rather separate from the Master League? If this is true then this means that I will have to switch on a constant basis from Master League to Champions League in order to play it like in real life and not like it used to be in previous PES games where the Champions league was incorporated in the Master League roster?

There is no official Champions League in ML, but there is the same thing but as "european championship".
