Is there ANY difference between PES3 and WE7I USA?

Some say the two are exactly the same, while others say there are minor differences, but they never say what they are. They just refer to WE7I (US version) as PES 3.5 and what not. I already know about WE7I Japanese version's better this, better that, yada yada... I just need a list of changes PES3 underwent before it hit these shores, if there are any? Thx :)
