no it plays it self you just pick the teams and tatics etc. you click on the bar match day to do that
once the server is updated click results and the click your divsion results, then scroll down to your game then click match report.

For friendlies you click fixtures then click friendlies, then click friendly results and you see the results of your friendlies and their is a link in the bottom right corner of each game that says match report click that and you get the match report
