My cousin has it, ive played pes 1-4 constant but pro 5 is well hard! Ive played winning eleven 9 last month and i though that the refs were to keen, in pes 5 they are not as keen but are still blowing up for petty tackles. One thing that will take time getting use to is the first touch, every player you pass to the ball seems to bounce off there foot? The shooting is one thing ill say that has improved, me and my cousin played 2 player co-op with man utd and we were playing against chelsea who are rock hard on the game, and we got beat 2-1 but i scored a 20 yarder with Alan smith which wouldnt have gone in on pes4. I also thought the starting fmv was a bit different to the previous pes's, its starts mint with Kasabian but doesnt go on for as long as the rest.

Too many silly posts in the impression's thread it's a waste of time. Give him credit for the good review.

About the fouls, the new foul system resembles Real football more than ever. In the old game, if two players race to the ball, the losing player will simply slide away while the other dribbles with the ball. In the new game, it's made into what it should be; Boddy collision that needs to be avoided! [If you are on the loosing end, you have to change your course by holding R1 & R2 to stay close to the opponent and wait for a better chance to tackle from the side]

As for the first touch, pressing the opposite direction of a moving ball will always make the ball bounce. Try moving with the ball before touching. However, if you must stop the ball and go an oppositte direction, for a much better controlled first touch, hold R2 just before your player touches the ball.

Yes there are. But it's still the place for impressions. So ignore the rubbish and post all impressions in there.

There is no need for every single person to open a new thread just for sharing their impressions. Use the sticky thread at the top.
