You can use your ML team, yes.

But, the stats they have are the default ones, not after the players have developed, I believe.

Yes, i believe you can, however i have not tried it. I think its a stupid idea from Konami because every game you can play a ML team with probably the best players in the world.

nah my team was like a bunch of 16-18 year olds which have obviously got alot better, but i guess theyll be useless with default stats against amazing teams..
