Kind of a newbiequestion, help

Well, I created Christiano Ronaldo (PES3, PS2), and when I tried to register him into Manchester United, it wasn't possible..? I tried all kinds of ways, for example I took him into the portugese nationalteam and tried to pick him with Man Utd in the Club Selection menu, but he wasn't on the list in Portugal (I guess that that list just is the original nationalteam players).

Could someone explain to me how you get a created player into a clubteam, would really appriciate it.

First of all C. Ronaldo is already in the game in the Esportiva (Sporting Lisbon) team
Secondly it is impossible to register created players to club teams. But watch out the C.ronaldo in PES3 is very underated and his appearance is crap. I updated him.
