Latest Wolf Patch install problem

I'm sure I read this happened to someone else but I cant find it now! Anyway, I'm running AFS Explorer 3.0, when I import the afs file from my installed game of PES3 it says I have a coherence error: overlapped file(s).

Any ideas?

(This isnt actually a problem with Wolfs patch, something between the latest patch of PES3 and AFS 3.)
