Stadium Settings

I made some stadium settings for all Bundesliga Stadiums.

Unfortunately there are only few editable stadiums, so many clubs got the "Estadio del Nuevo Triunfo" which fits best in size and style.
Perhaps we can switch some clubs to other stadiums as soon as Konami gives us more oportunities.
