*LOL* The CPU stole my Corner Kick

I recently played the CPU in a Cup Match and encountered a funny bug:

One of my players got injured, so I decided to sub him. When I got a corner, the substitution was made but instead of me taking the corner, the CPU stood up there at the corner flag and kicked the ball away like a goal kick...

Has anyone else experienced this?
