I'd say he's undoubtably the Worlds best Holding Midfielder. Agrentine captain, one of liverpools best players and the drive he has is amazing. Every game no matter who Liverpool play you see him hunt the ball down and sprint himself to death going after it and winning it on every outing.

Liverpool on Pes are disgraceful. Every player is drastically way worse than his real life counter part. Thats why i like Fifa so much becuase i can actually play as Liverpool because they are rated highly. Torres in Fifa is the best striker in the game, Gerrard is quality, mascherano is really really good, skrtle,agger etc at the back are as solid as they are in real life. In pes they get everything wrong with Liverpool. My feeling is that they're Man Utd fans as they live in Asia AKA Man Utd land.
